Dominion was birthed by it's owner, Gregory Pettis in 2006, and quickly drew attention from local media as more and more experienced pest control technicians came over to Dominion.

In 2010, Lancaster's best pest control company broke the mold again: they claimed to know how to get rid of stink bugs. So, with that, Dominion launched experienced lawn care, meeting the criteria of their pest control division: it has to have fifteen years average of experience per technician also. After announcing the new service, it took off. "We have a lot of our pest control customers cancelling there lawn care company services to come over to us, with the expectation that they will have the same excellence in service that we provide on the pest control side of our business".
